You Lie!?

Well I thought it would be appropriate to post this video right above Kanye and Taylor Swift to kinda implement an order of importance which might seep into someone's subconscious. As the President of the United gave a speech calrifying what he hopes to implement as health care reform; South Carolina Republican Rep. Joe Wilson heckled the president during the middle of the speech. I am a proponent of free speech but also speech that is appropriate to the surroundings and situation in which one may find themselves; which Mr. Wilson must have forgotten. Besides the fact that Mr. Wilson lacks a certain sophistication, the president will always have "noisy" critics but the real issue i think hear which should be brought to light is that people really need to carefully determine who we elect to office. If we would like those easily swayed by their emotions Mr. West would make a better politicians than musician. A preponderance of thougt before we express ourselves is always a good thing. ~R. VMA 09

Alright I thought I post the moment at the VMA's which spurred so much attention and demanded so much interlocution. Personally I am a K.West fan but his emotions got the best of him *which is understandable if you love music because Taylor Swift winning that award was a travesty to the women nominated*; that being said The president calling you a "jack-ass" is a big enough discourtesy, but Mr.Leno really gave Kanye food for thought when he asked him to comtemplate on his action through the words of his late mother... Personally I believe the whole show was a marketing stunt, the sales of everyone involved probably increased considerably and its kinda weird that Taylor swift was inturupted, then performed, and then after that there was a commercial displaying her music. No promotion is bad promotion. ~R.Esquire

If Amadeus had a cat......

This short film was interesting to the say the least. With a dark somber narrator; and a feline with a flare for poetry on the verge of insanity gives way to very artistic yet twisted film. "The Cat Piano" is a film that leaves its message in twisted imagery perhaps best left for those with eccletic taste, however i will leave it up to the individual to determine the artistic value of the piece. ~R. Thinking of A Master Plan

This is a new cartoon entitled "Blokhedz"created in a joint venture with Gatorade. Staring none other than Talib Kweli the show is very well done and written, a fresh cartoon with urban flavor as an alternative to the usual suspects that invade the television set every saturday morning. This is the first episode with more to posted soon as they develope. ~R. Esquire

Greatest of All Time

If anyone hasnt heard The Greastest of all time to play basketball; Michael Jordan not Kobe or anyone else, shall be inducted into the basketball hall of fame. Notably he chose David Thompson to introduce him because he was Jordan's influence when Thompson was playing college ball at North Carolina State; as Kanye would say "Nobody gets the flowers while they can still smell them". Also on an aside, Jordan's hall of fame poster was designed by one of my favorite artist. ~R. Esquire

Game-tography?

Sweet and Sour

Honestly i wonder how many people enjoy the taste of beer? I think that beer, no matter the type, usally range along the lower end of my taste rating scale. With that being said i think a viable alternative is hard cider; containing on average the same alcohol content as beer *6%* and barring beers such as Gulden Draak with 10.5% abv content, it seems just as suitable. I wonder why no one cares to purchase it. I can only conclude that for its taste and price perhaps its seems as nothing more than a glorified smirnoff.
